Talk Line started out slow, with comments regarding state budget cuts dominating the first half of the conversation. The weekly talk show quickly ramped up as soon as the topic of marijuana hit the airwaves. With the introduction of the new marijuana regulations taking effect this week, everyone seemed to have an opinion on the now legal substance. The show ended with Mayor Rick Robb trying to provide some insight and clarification on the new regulation.

Yukon Kuskokwim residents report seeing waterfowl arriving earlier than usual this year, both to the north and south of Bethel.
